Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

⦁ Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

⦁ Custom or engraved instruments are non-returnable, unless defective.

Return Process:

⦁ Include the RA number with your returned package.

⦁ Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

⦁ We will arrange a replacement or repair under our 5-Year Guarantee at no additional cost.
