Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our instruments. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.
Eligibility:
⦁ Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
⦁ Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
⦁ Custom or engraved instruments are non-returnable, unless defective.
Return Process:
⦁ Contact us at contact@ashtecsurgicalusa.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
⦁ Include the RA number with your returned package.
⦁ Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
⦁ Please notify us within 5 business days of receipt.
⦁ We will arrange a replacement or repair under our 5-Year Guarantee at no additional cost.
